According to him, Golfleet, which is one of the partner companies, is part of the conception of this idea:
“I was invited to participate in the Parar Global Conference in 2023 and talk about the rental market. I was part of a debate panel about car rental companies. My participation made me stop and reflect on how much I understood about this segment”, recalls Gritsch.
It was then that he decided to put into practice all the knowledge he had accumulated over these three decades, and the idea of creating the e-book came up. Among the topics covered are:

The four pillars of leasing, according to Gritsch, are purchase, maintenance, rental and sale of the vehicle. “I separate the e-book according to these 4 major pillars”, he says, adding that the digital material will have a physical version, as well as translations into English and Spanish.
Without a doubt, the Guide will further strengthen the Brazilian rental market. “My expectation now is to do a good job of promoting it to those who will consume the e-book”, points out the creator of the material, which has the Brazilian Association of Car Rental Companies (ABLA) as an institutional sponsor.
“Through UNIABLA, a university in the ABLA rental sector, I will give lectures about the e-book, having the opportunity to talk about the material in various places”, he concludes.
