Much is said about the power of technology to transform the reality of a fleet. The market never stops advancing and surprising. Juliana Taborda, Facilities and Mobility Coordinator at the Social Service of Industry , SESI Paraná, can attest to that.
Between August and September 2025, following a bidding process, Golfleet telemetry was contracted and installed in the SESI Paraná fleet, which consists of more than 400 vehicles , both owned and outsourced , light and heavy.
The coordinator emphasizes that the entire process flowed quickly and satisfactorily . “ The equipment installation phase took around 15 to 20 days. After the bidding process ended, we held alignment meetings, passed on the necessary information, and then the installation phase began, with service even on weekends ,” she recalls.
The organization and proactivity of the team responsible for contracting the service and installing the equipment were aspects that caught Juliana's attention.
“ We had complete support from both the contract management team and the operations team . We were only able to complete the installations on schedule because the Golfleet team was truly committed to making it happen, remaining on standby to resolve any potential issues and keep the process moving forward.”
She states that choosing Telemetria Golfleet was the right decision . “ We were looking for a highly technological tool that could meet all our needs, including vehicle tracking and management with reports and data ,” says Juliana, adding that one of the bottlenecks they faced was fleet idleness, which covers around 300 km per month throughout Paraná.

One of the actions carried out internally was to present the unique features of the Golfleet system to the senior management of SESI Paraná.
“We conducted a demonstration to show how the tracking works. We demonstrated that it's possible to see in real time how many vehicles are parked at the units, and through the reports, we have access to idle time and can take the necessary actions.”
According to her, thanks to the system , it is now possible to make assertive decisions.
“ For us, the ideal is for the vehicles to circulate around 220 hours per month. If the cars don't complete those hours, we make a presentation with the indicators ,” he comments, showing how much the data brings security to the managers.
Looking to the future, expectations are very optimistic. “ Many improvements are coming , and we will have solid results to present soon. We are working on systems integration and making progress ,” assures Juliana, who holds an MBA from the PARAR Institute, is always participating in events, and seeking knowledge to improve herself.
We have no doubt that this is just the beginning.
